Good modern and trendy room with a very comfy bed. Amazing and splendid breakfast with juice, well prepared foods plus a chef cooking eggs to order - well worth the money.

It was a very good stay, well-run and excellent quality place. Very efficient service, though a few employees were very unprofessional...
It had ugly views.

The hotel is nice but the position is terrible. It s in front of a huge construction site, a big diesel generator is in the entrance of the hotel. Very very noisy and dusty, impossibile to sleep. Booked.net should say these things to it's customers otherwise is not fair... I wanted to leave but I had already paid my stay and I couldn't cancel it.. Tooo bad.. The only good thing is the pool in the last floor

Everything was clean, tidy and looked new as it actually should as this hotel was opened january 2013. The pool area very decent, on top of the hotel with bar. I liked it. Free WiiFii working good.
Firstly personnel was appearing nice and it was but: I asked for toothbrush and was smiled at "of course we have in room". Then I asked for one -toothbrush, not room- as I couldn't find it. Then the woman said: ok I will call and will b braught to the room. Didn't happen. Hotel looks nice but in really dodgy area plus expect 24h big noise from machines that work in neighbourhood. It didnt disturbe us but worth knowing. We slept in double superior that was as big as my kitchen with very short bed. Next time I will choose other hotel.

Close to Souk Waef
They gave us the rooms late, one room @ 3 P.m and the other they said they are unable to give us before 7 P.m which forced us to leave and go for lunch and shopping while we supposed to rest and relax from our long trip. This is only part of the story. After we slept the first night there, in the morning they offered us an upgrade cause they delayed to give us our room. So we asked them to move our luggage to the new room and went out exploring the city. When we came back at almost 2 am to sleep we found out the new room a total mess. There was an empty ring box on the table. The bed was used and there was body fluids on the sheets!! The bath was wet and the towels are used also soups and shampoos. We went to complain but they said they're unable to do anything right now and the general manager has to be involved which is supposed to be available on the morning but unfortunately he wasn't also on the morning and since we have to leave as early as possible we left without meeting him.

The room was super spacious and had a comfy king bed with nice pillows. Bottled water was refilled daily, a nice touch. I really liked the shower too. It had a great flow. Location was a win, right by the metro and a short walk to Souq Waqif. It felt clean and modern.
